Spam tagging is now working again. In addition, mail submission via SMTPS (port 465) has been activated but undocumented for several months now and appears to be solid, so if you prefer, you can use port 465 instead of the submission port (port 587).

The mail server is having login issues. Mail is arriving, but users cannot currently login. Updates as more information is available.

POP3 access is available by request for users who would like to have Gmail import their mail. Please Email for access.

GDPR Info
Email and email backups are stored unencrypted, though all connections to the server must be on encrypted connections. This is standard practice. While encrypting the stored email is possible, it creates many issues, invluding the potential loss of access to all mail if the key is lost by the user. Encrypting the storage with the user's mail password would be pointless.
