The login for the webmail is no longer a separate page. You can now login to the webmail directly from this page. For now, the login fields have been highlighted to make the login are more obvious.

Admin Interface offline

The mail administration interface http://postfixadmin.covisp.net/ was offline from yesterday while some changes were made to the backend software. If you tried to access your domain’s configuration or change a user’s email password during this time you were redirected to the main site. The interface is now back online and available to all users.

DNS Up

The DNS for covisp.net was offline for a brief period this morning. No other domains were affected and everything is back to normal now.

Connectivity issues

There have been some intermittent connectivity issues with our primary Internet connection (Comcast).A service call has been scheduled for 22 Dec in the morning. Hopefully they will be able to resolve the issues with a minimum of down-time. We will update you as we have more information.

Server downtime

The email server will probably be offline for brief periods of time Saturday and Sunday (5 Dec and 6 Dec) while the final migration to the new hardware is completed.The outages should not be over 15 minutes, and it is quite possible that there will be no outage at all. However, since part of the changes will involve updating the DNS settings, you might be unable to reach the mail server until the DNS changes propagate out to your DNS. You should be able to access the webmail during this time if necessary. Also, if you know how to change your DNS server you can always point to 75.148.117.92 as the main DNS for fastest possible propagation.
