Covisp.net is no longer accepting new domains for email services, and we will be phasing out all email services.
No new domains
September 14th, 2010Server Maintenance
October 7th, 2014The web server will be offline Friday evening (and possibly Saturday morning), MDT. The mailserver will not be affected, but webmail and websites will be offline for at least a few hours.
Junk processing
August 30th, 2014Mail that is placed in the Junk mailbox is processed much more often, but is also automatically deleted after 7 days.
Mail that is in a folder named SPAM will be deleted after 7 days and will not be processed.
Mail that is forwarded to Google will be checked for spam first any anything that is tagged by our server as spam will not be forwarded, since google is not able to tell the difference between forwarded mail and new mail and keeps temporarily blacklisting the mail server, which delays mail delivery. This does mean that you will need to check your mailbox on Covisp if you seem to be missing mail.
If you move mail from Junk to your INBOX, it will be scanned as good mail.
No other mailboxes are scanned by the server-side spam filters.
Closed May 2 through May 11
May 2nd, 2014No one will be available in the office to answer phone calls or emails from May 2—May 11
